Gaithersburg City Housing Complaint Form
The Gaithersburg Housing Complaint form is a modified version of the official Gaithersburg Housing Complaint form which can be found here on gaithersburgmd.gov. We added the Gaithersburg neighborhood services team’s email and made a modified version in Spanish. There are no differences in the content of the English form, but slight differences in the content of the Spanish form. Because we created the Spanish version ourselves, there is no Gaithersburg city logo on the Spanish version of the complaint form and it is not an official Gaithersburg city form. However, the Spanish version is a valid way to document housing violations within your apartment.
Healthcare

Mental Healthcare: For counseling and therapy. On the bottom of the form please click the button that says “EDC,” to indicate that you referred through our website.
Help finding a job
Employment Training and Job Training: On the bottom of the form, click the button that says “EDC,” to indicate that you came through our website.
Free Groceries
Manna Food: You can call Manna, 301-424-1130, once per month to get free groceries. If you are 62 or older or have a disability they will deliver your groceries.
Kingdom Fellowship: For food needs in Prince Georges County, fill out the referral form for Kingdom Fellowship. They operate in both Montgomery and PG counties.
Utility Payment Assistance

Eviction Assistance
