What we did

Everyday Canvassing conducted door-to-door outreach with small businesses across Montgomery County to gather input on hiring needs, workforce barriers, and access to existing support services. The work prioritized relationship-building with business owners and managers, ensuring their experiences and perspectives informed workforce strategy and service delivery.

GOAL

Engage local businesses to understand workforce needs, challenges, and opportunities, informing more responsive workforce development programs.
