Conducted in-person, door-to-door outreach with businesses along key commercial corridors to gather feedback on redevelopment, infrastructure changes, and economic impacts.

Understand the priorities, concerns, and operational realities of small businesses affected by the Fairland–Briggs Chaney Master Plan.
